2) Select Open when File Download appears, and wait for the automatic installation to finish (1-2 minutes on a typical broadband connection).

3) Log on using your e-mail and password.

4) Click on Add Contacts and type the e-mail of any colleague or contact, whether they have a CloudMeeting account or not. A free account will be created automatically for anybody not already registered.

5) Check the status of your contacts -- if they are online and available, send a secure instant message or start a multimedia call with any number of them!

For consistent, high quality audio, we recommend the use of a good headset or USB speakerphone.
