Secure Instant Messenger
Our integrated Contact List and Secure Instant Messenger lets you know when your contacts are available, and when theyre absent or busy. You manage your groups, configure your alerts, and obviously you control your availability. You only receive calls from your approved contacts. Like all CloudMeeting communications, your instant messages have secure encryption (does yours?).
Natural Flow: Instant Messages to Instant Meetings
Only CloudMeeting lets you jump right into a full multimedia meeting with 1-100 invitees with a click. Include your real-time video image -- or not -- pull up an Excel spreadsheet, invite other people in as you go, for two minutes or two hours. Audio
Our IP audio is full-duplex, and audio is prioritized above all other media streams since it is the most fundamental to effective communication.
Video
You can see up to 6 video feeds at a time on your screen you choose which. CloudMeeting supports high-quality web cameras with 640 x 480 resolution, or for basic images use any webcam. If you have low bandwidth or fluctuating bandwidth, CloudMeeting dynamically adjusts the number of frames per second you receive in order to keep the meeting and audio running smoothly.
Document Presentation
You can give a PowerPoint presentation, show Excel spreadsheets, review and edit your CAD drawings, open an ERP ledger, draw in Microsoft Paint, or compose a text with the group -- anything you choose to open and do on your computer screen can be seen by the others in your meeting. CloudMeeting works in real-time -- you dont need to upload your documents beforehand. You also control the presentation you advance the slides, you control the mouse pointer, only you can make changes to the document.
